What we collect
When you submit a form on this site we collect the name, email address, phone number, project address, service selection, and project description you provide. We also receive standard technical information such as the page the form was submitted from.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a written quote, and communicate with you about your project.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to a marketing list without your asking. We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers required to deliver our own operations, such as email delivery and our customer management system.
Text messages and your mobile number
If you check the optional consent box on our quote form, we may send you text messages about your request: a reply to your enquiry, scheduling and site visit confirmations, updates while your job is running, and invoice or receipt notices. Consent to receive text messages is optional. It is not a condition of getting a quote, of any purchase, or of any service, and you receive the same service either way.
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. The full program terms are on our SMS terms page.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers are shared only with the service providers that deliver our own messages and run our scheduling and invoicing, and those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.
We record the date and time you gave consent, the page you gave it on, and the number you provided, so we can show when and how you opted in.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and to meet ordinary business and record keeping requirements.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected] or calling 317-672-0966. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Cookies
This site uses only what is required to function and to understand aggregate traffic. It does not run advertising trackers.
