We remove the failed sections and pour new curb and gutter that ties into the run that is staying.
ADA Curb Ramps and Accessible Sidewalks
Curb ramps have little room for error. Slope, landings and the detectable warning surface all have to match the drawings. We build ramps to the plans and specifications your engineer or department provides. When ramps are part of a larger sidewalk replacement, we scope them together, so the walk and the ramp meet cleanly. A broom finish is the usual choice for traction on walks and ramps, unless your specs call for something else.

Every project starts with a free, in-person consultation. You get a written, itemized scope that lists the work by location, which makes council or board review easier. We are insured. Invoice is one of the payment methods we accept, and standard terms are 50% at booking and 50% at completion, after a walkthrough. Golden Paw applies for any permits the job needs. We pour March through November, so winter is a good time to scope next year's sidewalk list.

How do you keep sidewalks and streets usable during the work?
We work in sections and agree on closures with your department before we start. If the job needs traffic control or a detour, the written scope spells out who provides it, so nothing is left to pour day.
Can a town or agency pay by invoice?
Yes. Invoice is one of our accepted payment methods. The standard structure is 50% at booking and 50% at completion. Share your purchasing requirements at the estimate.
Can you take on a sidewalk program in phases?
Yes. A long repair list can be split by street, neighborhood or priority, with each phase written into the scope. That lets you match the work to each year's budget.
