Farms around the metro need good concrete too. We pour concrete barn floors and pole barn concrete floors, equipment pads for tractors and implements, and grain bin pads built to the plans for your bin. The process is the same as any job: an in-person consultation, a written scope and permits where they are needed.

Your written, itemized scope lists every area by location, so plant managers, purchasing and owners all see the same plan. We are insured. Invoice is one of the payment methods we accept, and standard terms are 50% at booking and 50% at completion, after a walkthrough. Golden Paw applies for any permits the job needs. We pour March through November, and every job carries our 3-year workmanship warranty.

Can you work while our facility is running?
Often, yes, with a plan. We map out traffic, dock schedules and which bays must stay open, then phase the work so the operation keeps moving. The plan goes into the written scope.
Do you bill industrial customers by invoice?
Yes. Invoice is an accepted payment method, with 50% due at booking and 50% at completion. Bring your purchasing requirements to the estimate.
Can you phase work across docks, bays or several sites?
Yes. Large areas can be split dock by dock or bay by bay, and separate sites can each get their own scope. See which commercial areas take the most wear for help setting priorities.
