How We Work With Homeowners
It starts with a free consultation at your home. A concrete specialist walks the site with you and looks at the things that decide how a slab holds up: drainage, downspouts, tree roots, clay soil and access for the truck. Then you get a written, itemized estimate that spells out what we'll remove, pour and finish. No pressure. Take your time with it.

- 2Meet on site, then review and approve your written estimate.
- 3Settle financing if you want it, and pay a 50% deposit.
- 4We apply for any permits the job needs and put it on the schedule.
- 5We complete the work and walk through it with you. The remaining 50% is due at completion.
We pour March through November, so winter is a good time to plan and get on the spring schedule. Payment is flexible: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, invoice, or financing with 0% financing for 12 months, subject to credit approval. We're insured, and every job carries our 3-year workmanship warranty.
One request on pour day: keep kids, pets and curious cats off the fresh concrete. Paw prints belong on our logo, not in your new driveway.

How is a home concrete project scheduled?
Once you approve the estimate and pay the deposit, we apply for any permits the job needs and then set a date. We pour March through November, and weather can move a pour day. Our process page lays out every step.
How do I pay for residential concrete work?
Half is due as a deposit up front and the rest at completion, after the walkthrough. We take cash, check, major cards, invoice and financing, and your concrete specialist walks you through financing at the estimate.
Can I split a bigger home project into phases?
That's a good conversation for the consultation. Some homeowners do the driveway one season and the patio the next; others use financing to do it all at once. Either way, the work is written into the scope before anything is scheduled.
