New Construction Concrete We Pour
The flatwork list on a new build is usually familiar. A new construction driveway, from the garage to the approach and apron at the street, is the big piece; see our concrete driveways and driveway approach pages. After that come front walks and service paths (walkways), back patios, stoops and steps, and garage floors and slabs for attached or detached garages. Pool builders bring us in for pool decks.

How We Work With Builders and GCs
Every job starts with a written, itemized scope: what we'll pour, where, at what size and with which finish. That makes it easy to check against your plans and your own bid. Questions get settled on paper before anyone sets forms.
Invoicing is accepted, along with check and major cards. We're insured. If our part of the job needs a permit, we apply for it, and our 3-year workmanship warranty covers problems caused by our workmanship on the flatwork we pour.
On scheduling, we'd rather give you an honest date than a fast one. Flatwork usually lands near the end of a build, after grading and utilities, and we pour March through November. Share your site-ready dates when you request the estimate. We'll confirm pour dates once the scope is approved and the site is ready.

Do you work as a concrete subcontractor for general contractors?
Yes. We take on driveways, walks, patios, steps, garage slabs and pool decks as the concrete sub, and each job is priced from a written, itemized scope. Our services page lists everything we pour.
Can our company pay by invoice?
Yes. Invoicing is one of the payment options we accept, along with check and major cards. We'll go over payment terms when we review your scope.
How do you fit into our build schedule?
Tell us where flatwork falls in your sequence and when the site will be graded and ready. We set pour dates after the scope is approved, within our March through November pour season, and let you know early if weather moves a date.
Can you take on multiple lots or a phased job?
Talk to us about the full list. We'll scope each lot or phase in writing and give you dates we can hold, rather than promising capacity up front.
